Donna Maung Qiuping
Facilitator

Donna Maung, a Facilitator in Language Arts Workshop (LAW). She graduated with a BSc (Hons) International Business Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARUMT). She also completed the Performance Arts Syllabus with distinction (Trinity College London).

She has a strong passion for stage performance, which became the foundation of her journey in the arts. From a shy learner to a facilitator guiding others through Integrated Arts education, Donna’s journey has shaped her belief that the arts have the power to transform individuals into confident, and well rounded learners.

This journey has led her into the field of Integrated Arts education. She coaches students across different age groups through creative and Performance-Based Learning approaches. Her passion for stage performance has evolved into a deeper interest in discovering students’ potential in communication skills, storytelling, creative writing, drama, dance and music. Her proudest achievements are to design choreography for a musical theatre piece, The Moonrakers while enjoying Montage Drama piece with her colleagues at the 12th Language Arts Festival 2026.

Throughout her 15 years of learning and teaching experience, she has gained a deeper understanding that Integrated Arts education is not only about creating performers, but also training individuals to become expressive, creative, and empathetic when collaborating with people around them.

She constantly applies business knowledge to arts education by creating a systematic work schedule for administrative work, coaching and personal development. She believes in lifelong learning where she has always been determined to finish what she has started. To move forward with the ever-changing world, she hopes to inspire her students to keep learning new skills, always.
