Donna Maung is a Teaching Assistant in Language Arts Workshop (LAW). She is currently a Performance Arts Grade 8 student while pursuing a full-time study in Bachelor Degree in International Business Management. Balancing the studies and internship is challenging, but strong organisational and time management skills enabled her to handle both roles effectively.

Donna has completed various Performance Arts (PA) certification levels throughout 2023 and 2024. She is aiming to complete the highest Grade 8 certification by this year. Her experience has broadened her perspectives, shaped her ideas, and influenced the way she sees the world. She leverages dancing and performance skills to work on multiple PA projects, including coaching students on their individual projects, discovering student’s creativity and arts skills. She believes performance arts training helps build stage presence, confidence, discipline and self-expression. After all, communication skills will come in naturally.

She also coaches students who are taking Communication Skills Individual Grades 1-4. She understands that having good communication skills are essential in the working world as it fosters collaboration and inspires others. Her next goal is to complete Communication Skills Individual (CSI) Grade 8 within the next two years for further professional advancement.
